My work integrates EMDR and IFS to support trauma recovery, emotion regulation, and nervous system balance.
I also incorporate CBT, DBT, attachment theory, and art interventions so therapy can meet the unique needs of your mind and body. My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and culturally inclusive care. Together, we slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and build the trust and confidence needed to move forward with clarity and strength.
