Are you tired of living in constant alert mode, waiting for something bad to happen or feeling disconnected from your own body/emotions? Maybe anxiety, OCD, or ADHD makes everyday life feel overwhelming, or you’re healing from an abusive relationship and struggling to trust yourself again. I specialize in working with people healing from trauma, relationship wounds, and those who feel disconnected from themselves. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide virtual therapy across Canada for teens and adults seeking support with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and dissociation.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, including ADHD, anxiety, and relational trauma. Because of this, I offer neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping, helping you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create meaningful change.
Areas of Focus
ADHD therapy (executive functioning, burnout, emotional regulation)
Trauma therapy, including relational trauma, survivors of sexual abuse and narcissistic abuse, and dissociation
Neurodivergence therapy (identity, masking, sensory sensitivity)
Anxiety, perfectionism, and attachment patterns

My approach to therapy is deeply attuned and integrative; tailored to you as a unique individual. I draw from EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, DBT, and empathetic resonance to support both insight and practical change. I value authenticity and autonomy within the therapeutic process and strive to foster a space where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, trust your inner voice, and move toward meaningful change aligned with your values.
